Nonprofit Start Launched on International Women’s Day
To show its dedication to women’s empowerment, Nonprofit Start debuted on International Women’s Day, March 8th, 2025. Founder Karisa Arterbury has over a decade of nonprofit experience. Over the years, she saw countless women with brilliant ideas and inadequate resources to start a nonprofit on their own.
These women struggled without the resources and support needed to launch successful charities. Inspired, she built Nonprofit Start as a collaborative space for women to realize their visions. Through her decade of dedicated service, Karisa has exponentially grown a grassroots organization. Now, she guides others to make a difference through their own unique projects.
